It's finally come to an end! The main drawback was when doing Forward on Whats App. It won't be anymore!
Since the day an option called Forward was introduced on Whats App, an important flaw in that feature eventually is currently about to be resolved! What's wrong with that? What is going to be the change in forward feature after it is fixed? Let's see in detail!
A flaw that many people don't notice!
If you talk about a flaw in WhatsApp's Forward feature. Many of us may wonder "Oh yes!" To that extent it is a deficiency that is so much overlooked! When you forward a photo or a video that you got via WhatsApp to someone else. You can't give it any caption you know?
There won't be that flaw anymore!
Even though a photo or a video could be forwarded in just a few clicks via WhatsApp, the inability to give it any kind of title was a big drawback for users. Now that grievance is yet to be addressed. WhatsApp, which owns Meta, is working on the option of adding a caption to a forwarded photo or video!
Available for access in the latest update!
According to a recent report by the Wabeta Info website, which is known for keeping a tab on upcoming features on WhatsApp, WhatsApp has released the latest version 2.2245.5 for its desktop beta. The option to add captions to the photo and video that is forwarded is accessible. As mentioned earlier, this is part of the beta update. This means that this feature will not be available for all tests!
When will it come to all Android users?
If you're a WhatsApp user who's not on the beta channel – to get this feature you'll have to wait a bit. This feature is sure to reach everyone, but there are no details on the exact timeline of when it will arrive!
The IOS update has already arrived! This feature is accessible not only in the latest beta version for desktop, but also in the latest beta version for IOS 22.23.0.72. Users using Whats App via IOS Test will be able to use captions while forwarding photos, videos, GIFs and documents after updating the app. But just like the beta version for desktop, not everyone in IOS beta instantly will have access to this feature. It may take a little more time for it to come to everyone!
